How do you manage the contractors?
FBI Home Services team members are licensed, bonded, insured and overseen by a Certified General Contractor #1518907. We manage every step of the home repair process for our clients.
Who pays the contractors?
FBI Home Services handles the payment of contractors.
Do you have a sample quote I can look at?
Absolutely. Contact clientcare@fbihs.com
Who sees my information?
Our pricing experts are the only people who look at the inspection reports. Your information is NEVER shared with anyone else. After you receive your report, we also clear it from our database and server.
What’s included in my report?
Your report will include a detailed outline of the repairs needed based on the inspection report and repair list and the cost associated with them. The repairs are grouped into their appropriate categories like plumbing, roofing, electrical, captentry, etc.
How accurate is the quote?
Reports show our quotes are 98% accurate when it comes to the true repair costs. Though some variables such as location, contractor, and what jobs are needed can affect the local price, our quotes give you a realistic quote for the work at hand.
What format will my report be?
Our reports are sent as PDF files. These files can be opened with Adobe Acrobat or most modern-day web browsers like Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
How long does it take to get my quote?
24 hours.
Do I have to meet with any contractors?
No. We can generally generate accurate repair quotes with your inspection report and repair list.
What standards do you hold contractors to?
In addition, to checking their credential we personally vet each contractor’s quality of work and experience in the field.
What kind of contractors can you supply?
If you can name it, we have it. We’re proud to include General Contractors, painters, flooring experts, HVAC pros, and certified electricians and plumbers to agents and homeowners alike.
